Hello!

My DD doesn't seem to stop eating. So far today she has had two bottles of milk, a bannana, a slice of toasted brioche and a big jar of baby food.

Is this normal?

Doesn't sound like loads to me - my 6 month old has had 4 breastfeeds, a bowl of weetabix, some stirfry veg, a yoghurt with fruit puree, a rice cake and a biscuit so far today, with another breastfeed, some dinner and a bottlefeed still to come.

Since I posted she has had another jar or food and some fruit. I guess I am over thinking this :)

My dd (now 8 months, but even when 7 months) would have this sort of day

2 weetabix with fruit for breakfast, casserole and big yogurt for lunch, shepherd's pie and rice pudding for dinner.

A rice cake or baby biscuit or fruit as a snack

Not a big milk drinker tends to only have a max of 12 ounces a day..I don't think you're over feeding :)

My 7 month old has had the following today:

Breastfeed
Porridge with sultanas, not a huge amount
Breastfeed
Rice cake, Organix pot of baby food (130ml but didn't eat it all), few segments of clementine
Breastfeed
One scrambled egg, half a slice of bread and butter, whole mashed banana
Breastfeed

He'll have another BF before midnight too.

So I think it sounds about right.

DS has attempted to eat the following today: -

Breastfeed
Porridge
Breastfeed
Breastfeed
Pasta with cheese and spinach sauce, avocado, fruit pot and mango
Breastfeed
Pear and spelt biscuit
Breastfeed
Chicken, peas and broad bean mash (not really interested)
Breastfeed (not really interested)

He will probably have another two breastfeeds during the night, if not more.
