Food / Milk / Water.... When?

Hi, I really need some advice about food..

My baby is 4 months old and I've started giving Ella organic squeezy pouches (hated baby rice!) and I'm a bit confused...

How much should I give - food wise and should I replace a bottle with it?

If someone could just tell me where to put it in her routine that would be amazing!!! I've read and read and got myself into a stress about it..

7 / 8 - wake up have 6oz milk

12 - 6oz milk

4 - 6oz milk
5 - a bit of a squeezy pouch & maybe a spoonful of banana cow & gate yogurt

7.30 / 8 - 6oz and bed

It's a total struggle to get her to take water so I've been putting an extra half oz in each bottle.

Help please!

as your lo is so young (any particular reason you have started weaning already?) then food is in addition to milk and you shouldnt be reducing milk feeds at all. I wouldnt add extra water to the milk either as you then risk your lo not getting the full nutrition of the milk if she doesnt finish the bottle. You could offer a small amount of water in a lidded cup - dont expect her to take more than a few sips of it though as she will still get plenty of fluids from her milk. I wouldnt add any more meals just yet as she is still young for having any food at all.

To be honest I would stop giving her purees and water - she only needs milk at this stage. If you're set on continuing with the puree make sure it is after a milk feed and not replacing milk for the time being. I wouldn't give water at all.
