Maple Syrup

Hi,

Does anyone know if maple syrup is ok under 1?

I know honey isn't and wondered if maple syrup is the same.

Honey is not recommended because of the risk of infant botulism, caused by something to do with the way bees collect pollen and make the honey. Or something like that. Maple Syrup isn't made by bees so is fine!
