Mine did but round about 14 mths - after they had had tastes of both spinach and ricotta previously.

Posts like this confuse me - why wouldn't they be able to eat spinach and ricotta ravioli???

samoa · 12/02/2011 08:54

I have no idea, but i just wanted to double check

Mine started around 8 months and have never eaten spinach and ricotta in any other way. They don't actually taste of spinach and ricotta

Is fine from 26 weeks Confused

Read the packet though as the salt content varies from ok to awful. Sainsbo sell some not too salty ones.

sunndydays · 12/02/2011 13:39

I thought by one they could have practically anything? Within reason obviously!

RJandA · 12/02/2011 17:12

By 6 months they can have practically anything, except too much salt, sugar, honey, runny eggs.

Ravioli fine, just check temp in the centre.

I thought eggs should not be given until a year? My two were both allergic to eggs although have now grown out of it thankfully.

Flisspaps · 12/02/2011 17:18

It's fine to give eggs to an under one as long as they are thoroughly cooked :)

This might work better!

It's OK if the salt is a bit high too, you just need to be careful that everything else she has that day is very low in salt / salt free.
