tin of chopped tomatoes

stupid question probably - is it ok to make pasta sauce with a tin of chopped tomatoes for a 7 month old? it would make life sooo much easier!

I did too. Just check the ingredients because some have salt added, but most are just tomatoes and citric acid (preservative I think, fine for LOs).

Yep, absoluetely fine - I wouldn't use passata as that usually has salt added.

try adding lentils...... and carrots.
this was the meal i took out with me when ds was small as it can be eaten cold.
