BLW and Salt

I may be being a bit thick here but just wondering what others have done.
Although I don't add salt to my food at the table I do use it when cooking, so for example I will add som salt to the water I cook carrots in. Do I need to stop doing this if DS is going to be eating the vegetables?

yes, I did change this habit and switched to salt reduced stock powder for cooking and salt at the table.

I wouldn't even use salt reduced stock tbh. Carrots already taste nice, honestly, once you get used to it you won't think they need salt!

Yes - don't add salt to the cooking water, if you want some then add it to your food afterwards. You might actually find you don't need to bother (we don't) :)

I stopped salting vegetables when my lot were babies and still don't do it 18 years later.
