So far we have had:

Sandwiches
Cheese
Bread Sticks
Pieces of Pasta
Pieces of Fruit ie Banana/Grapes/Nectarine

Any other suggestions? Also any suggestions on what to put in the sandwich? I am not the healthiest eater so can't just give her what I eat!

Roast veg - peppers, carrots, courgette, aubergine, sweet potato, butternut squash - all cut into chip shapes a bit bigger than you want them (they will shrink) and drizzled with a little bit of olive oil. They keep in the fridge for a couple of days once done and freeze ok too, so you're not wasting loads of veg.

Omelette cut into strips

Also, there are a couple of good recipes on the BLW website for savoury muffins and savoury flapjacks which freeze well and are not that much effort initially.

Oh that's a good idea, thank you! Will have a look at the website, I do love a cheese flapjack!
