i am moving dd off formula to whole milk. Is there a particular variety that is recommended (ie, organic or 'growing up' milk) and do i need to supplement dd's diet with vitamins or omega 3 or anything? Is there a milk that does all of this?!

Organic milk contains more Omega 3s.

DD's been having it since the age of 1.

full fat whole cows milk is fine from 12 mths for most kids, I use organic as it is naturally hiigher in absorbable omegas than non organic milk.
I supplement dd with an omega oil called eye q, but she has special needs, if she didn;t I'm not sure we'd use it tbh.
I'm sceptical of added omegas to milk I guess...

yes - if you start going for speciality milks, it could get tricky since many shops don't do them. will go with whole fat organic then
