Weaned 10 month old still reguritating milk

DS is 10 months old and mostly on solids. He still has a bottle at bed time and a bottle first thing in the morning when he wakes (around 6.30am). He's always been a baby who spits up milk, even when he was breastfed. But, he still regularly spits up milk in the morning after breakfast. He has breakfast of weetabix or toast at about 7.45am. Even if I give him toast, he'll still end up (often) spitting up milk.

I'm going to see the paediatrician for his monthly check up next week and I was going to ask about it then. But, after another morning of getting milk all down my work trousers Hmm I just thought I'd ask for a Mumsnet opinion. I guess what I was wondering is, when does this end? And is it normal that DS still spits up milk like this? He's very active and I try to keep him sat in his chair after breakfast, but as soon as I get him out of the chair to get dressed, etc, he's off and crawling round this house. Sigh.
