High chair cleaning

I've just got our high chair back out for DS, after it's been in the loft for the past couple of years.

The plastic is easy to clean, but the straps are proving tricky, and look a bit manky.

Any good suggestions on what to use to deep clean those? I've tried Dettol, is it just a case of hard elbow grease, do you think? In which case I'm glad DS is only coming up for 5 months so I've got a bit of time lol.

Can you remove them and put them in the washing machine?

echo remving them, if not tho maybe try Cif, they say on the bottle to use it for trainers so would probaly work for this too

Thanks guys:)

I wasn't sure if the straps could come out, but I've done it. Looks much better now:).
