I started weaning DD about 4 weeks ago.

So far she has tried (and liked?) baby rice, porridge, yoghurt and a variety of different fruit and veg purees.

I'm not sure where to go from here now so need some inspiration if any of you have ideas.

I've purposely not started with BLW but would now be open to given her some finger foods to hold and chew/suck.

I'm just feeling a little uncreative! Smile

She is 7 months old.

Thanks

pasta, toast, rice (proper stuff!), meats, fish, etc will all be ok to give now pureed/mashed/whole. Just avoid whiole nuts, honey and highly salted foods

Stuff you are eating.

So for tea tonight we are having hot and spicy pizza and salad. Should she have some of this?

probably not!

I would do that, but if you're having pasta, curry (so long as it's not really hot), roast dinner etc then I would give her that. It just saves time having to cook separate things for her. You can also just freeze her small portions of your meals to give another time.
