Makerel????

Is Makerel ok for a 10 month old? Is it one of those fish that contain a lot of mercury. I am doing it with baked potatoes and veg tonight and wanted to give it a try?? She may not like it though but here's hoping :)

girls have a limit on how many portions of oily fish they can eat and for 'girls and women who might have a baby one day' the limit is 2 portions per week - this is due to the pollutants they contain and not mercury.
