DD 9mo food rut

My DD is just 9 months, she eats pretty well. I work 4 days a week so we mix up home cooked stuff with ellas kitchen pouches.
However, we seem to be in a bit of a rut.
Stuff she loves ... fish (cod, salmon, smoked haddock, tuna) & cheese sauce & veg, chicken, veg, mashed potatoes & veg, chicken etc, beef stew.
However she wont eat spag bol or lasagne.
Have been trying to experiment as to whether its the meat or the tomoato or the garlic she is not keen on - meat seems ok as she will eat beef stew. so must be tomato or garlic.
So...looking for new ideas that are quick and easy and dont involve a huge list of ingredients a la anabel karmel book!
i dont remember struggling this much with DS (now 4)....!

veg and lentil cassarole.

Chuck load of veg (potatoe, sweet potato, peppers, carrot, parsnip, etc etc) in pot with butter and saute for a few min, add a cup of red lentils, saute for a few more minutes. Add about 400ml of chicken stock (salt free) or 400ml of water and a bay leaf.

Let it simmer for about 25 minutes or until lentils are thoroughly mush and veg are nice and soft. Crush with a fork and serve to baby. THe rest can be frozen for later in the week.

Chicken & Apricot stew

Chop up chicken breast, sweet potato (about 2) and about 8 dried apricots into pot. Saute in butter for a few minutes then add about 400ml of chicken stock. Simmer until meat and veg is cooked. Whizz in the blender until you get the right consistancy for your baby. Freezes really well too.

Have you tried Fish pie? Shepherds pie? Mac (or other pasta shapes) & Cheese? Salmon risotto?

thanks will try your suggestions
fish pie done
sheps pie done
various pastas with cheese based sause

am just worried it all seems to be roughly based around the same ingredients all the time. perhaps i needn't worry so much.

is she good at feeding herself?

I give DD fish fingers sometimes cut up into squares. She ADORES them.

Also, spinach and ricotta tortellini. I cut them in half and let her munch on them.

cottage cheese? DD is not a fan but a friends baby hoovers the stuff up.

Scrambled egg?

Cauliflower and cheese?

There is a limited ingredient list to work from. I actually find AK's recipes quite good for giving me new ideas for things to do with the same old veg.
