Help - 11mth old spitting out food

My 11mth has started spitting out food as a matter of course. It can be any food - not just ones she doesn't like so much. I think it is related to the fact that she has just discovered the joys of blowing raspberries - but that doesn't help. Does anyone have any suggestions about how I can stop her doing it?

The more you acknowledge it, the more funny she'll think she's being Grin.

Try saying "right, no more then. If you are spitting it out, you cannot be hungry".

Then remove the food. If she protests and wants to eat it, then give it back once more. If she does it again, take it away, wipe her up and then take her out of highchair.

I'm saying this as someone on here told me to do the same when dd was throwing food on the floor during her meal. She literally stared at me and lobbed it at someone or dropped it, whilst smirking. The tactic above worked.
