Question re frozen mango

nappydaysagain · 29/12/2010 11:18

Does anyone know whether frozen mango which has been defrosted needs to be re-heated until piping hot, and cooled before given to a baby?

I wasn't sure if fruit follows the same guidelines as other frozen foods.

Thanks

I'm not 100% sure, but doubt it would need to be.

You generally eat fruit raw, so don't see why it'd need to be blasted hot then cooled.

Can't imagine you'd have to heat up fruit.

I used to freeze fresh mango. Just gave it straight to Ds once defrosted.
