How much does your 10/11 month old eat?

DS is nearly 11 months and has the following:

7-8am: Piece of toast, normally with unsalted butter or cream cheese, sml bowl of porridge and some fruit

9-10: Bottle of 7oz milk

11-12: Lunch, normally leftovers of the night before, like stew, soup with a piece of wholemeal bread, sticks of cucumber and a yogurt

3-4: Bottle of 7oz milk

6: Tea normally something like pasta, eggy bread, omelette or what we are eating with either some fruit or yogurt for afters

7ish: Another bottle of 7oz milk

A couple of times a day, he will have either a spelt biscuit/rice cake or a bit of an organix cereal bar

I'm wondering if this is enough/too much? ...Would be interested to see what others are having.

IMHO if DS seems happy after his meals, is putting on weight, reaching his milestones etc etc, then he's eating enough. Don't worry what others eat - babies have different appetities and he'll regulate his intake as long as you give him the chance.

Sounds like he's having mostly finger food, just let him eat until he stops and he'll be fine.

HTH

Thanks RJandA -I'm currently at my mothers in law and she keeps commenting on how much he is eating in comparison to her other grand daughter, and it makes us feel as if we're over feeding him.

Sounds good to me. They don't seem to be able to over eat and my DS certainly refuses food point blank when he has had enough. I am sure you would know if he wasn't getting enough!
