if there is no sugar added... is it ok to feed a baby pureed apples and strawberries...

i am confused. it says there is just fruit and juices but that it has 14g sugars... are they ok because they are natural or should I avoid this baby food?

There is naturally occurring sugar in fruit. It does not make it any less sugar, but it is there by virtue of being in the fruit rather than added.

Natural sugars if there is no added sugar. It's okay to give but not too much or too often, as with any fruit for any age. Veggies are much better.

any food made with fruit will have sugar in it as it is the natural fruit sugars.

... all true, but the sugars in juice are more concentrated than in the fruit itself, which means the flavour will be sweeter than just fruit.

I wouldn't ban this food, but wouldn't give it every day either
