Been giving DD a few bits to try these last few days, sticks of cucumber and pear, a couple of satsuma segments, rice cakes with cream cheese on and breadsticks. She's been sick about half an hour after each time.

She occasionally possets a small amount but I'm wondering whether her digestive system is now rebelling a bit against the new stuff.

I should say, of course, hardy any food has gone down, the most eaten was the cream cheese, which she licked off half a rice cake.

She's 6 months in 10 days, but was 12 days late, sits OK, has good hand to mouth action, interest in others eating etc.

Any ideas? Should I push on or wait another while?

Meh - babies are sick a bit sometimes. Weaning just makes it a bit more interesting Smile

I wouldn't worry about it.
