Egg in fish pie and freezing

I was thinking of making my DS (9 months) a little fish pie but also including some roughly chopped/diced hard boiled egg.

However, how will it freeze/defrost?

Any ideas?

I always put hard boiled egg in fish pie. It is maybe a touch firmer once frozen/defrosted and reheated, but nothing unpleasant. Makes a nice addition and you can rest assured that he will have had lots of protein!
