Crackerbread & Philadelphia - is this ok???

Struggling to find finger foods that DS (9 months) can manage and have stumbled upon Ryvita Crackerbread which he can pick up, gum and swallow quite easily as it melts in the mouth but doesn't go claggy like bread.

I notice it does contain salt and sugar (but not too much) - do you think this is ok to give him once or twice a week?

I love it too so we sit and much it together Smile

Fine as long as it's not every meal, I'd say. Offer water, watch salt content of other foods that day.
