The Dettol multi-surface spray is fine for using on food surfaces or the Dettol sterilising solution. If you are really worried just use some hot, soapy water the rinse off with fresh but you may be over-worrying just a teensy bit Wink Is this your 1st child by any chance?

I take mine in the garden occasionally and wash it with warm soapy water. The tray gets squrted with bleach spray most nights, I've never really given it much thought.

If you rinse it off it'll be fine whatever you use.

Dettol spray and an old toothbrush for the straps. Weetabix gets everywhere!

Milton do a spray cleaning solution which is safe to use on highchairs and nursery equipment. Smells really nice too.

Hot dishcloth from the washing up bowl here - those ant bac sprays are nasty :-(

Bert2e · 10/11/2010 15:03

That should be anti bac!
You can see what effect they have on me!

woolymindy · 10/11/2010 15:07

soapy dishcloth too
