DD1 was supposed to be eating an ommelete for her lunch today but wouldn't touch it. I decided to see what DD2, 8 months thought of it and she really liked it. I can't remember what age you are supposed to wait till to give babies whole eggs, i.e. with the egg white which can cause allergic reactions, but there was no sign at all of any reaction. Do you think it's ok to add egg to her regular diet?

They can have everything except whole nuts and raw honey from 6 months onwards, so no prob at all
