When can you give them eggs?

yolk from 6 or 8 months, whites from a year I think - it's the whites that are potentially allergenic.

I gave scrambled eggs from 10 or 11 months I think. Just made sure they were really well cooked and not at all 'wet'.

Annabel Karmel says you can give well cooked eggs from 6/8 months. Babycentre says well cooked eggs are ok from 6 months as long as the white and yolk are cooked until they are firm.

If you have a family history of asthma, eczema or allergies to foods, you may want to leave introducing eggs till later on or speak to your GP or health visitor.
