I have another thread in the BF section my 10 mth old really wont eat but does a little BLW (and I mean a little 1 piece of pasta makes a meal!)
liquids/semi solids are out (make him vomit) we have a referral pending but I would be grateful for any recipe ideas for nutrition packed solidy foods.
I'm concerned about calcium and also iron, vits B and C
thanks

Cheese or sauce on macaroni was always a winner with my DS - add cheese, sweetcorn, tuna, pieces of chicken etc.

Fish fingers, baked beans/tinned spaghetti, cheese or scrambled egg on toast are quick and easy.

Finger sandwiches of whatever you're eating - cheese, ham, tuna, egg, chicken, pate etc.

I've also found that my DS will eat a surprising amount with his fingers that I would have thought would be difficult, eg. stews, fish pie, cottage pie, risotto.

Hope that helps!
