my dd (8mo) just ate a load of ham and loved it, but now i am worried because its quite salty. Does anyone know if cured meats like bacon and ham are dangerous for babies?

On this one occaision I wouldn't worry.

Just make sure she has lots of water to drink if she wants it. I wouldn't worry, but I wouldn't make a habit of it yet either..HTH

Not ideal I think as it is a bit salty for babies but a one off isn't going to do her any harm.

I'm having real trouble getting my dd to stop screaming at her siblings when they're eating sausages!

It's like she knows already how delicious they are and is desperate for someone to just hand one over!!
