Hello, I was just wondering what your little ones eat at this age on a daily basis. My son only has a milk first thing and one before bed but occasionally will only drink the full bottle. I cut the middle one out as he was not interested in it. He has

Breakfast - wheatabix made with 3 ounces of full fat milk

Lunch - Protein such as chicken or fish with potato and veg followed by fruit

Tea - Toast or rice cakes with cheese followed by a fromage frais.

Does this seem ok for my baby?

Also any ideas for tea is much appreciated :-)

Seems reasonable - v like dd who is the same age though she still has milk at 2.30pm. She has soup and bread for tea every night followed by a yogurt/fromage frais; the change is wrought in terms of flavour of soup Smile.

Seems ok, but it's dairy and dairy for dinner- I would give bread and cheese and fruit, for example. Also you could give him a banana or other fruit with his cereal.

E.g. Dd has banana through her porridge for breakfast.
