I just read another thread, I just went to a baby weaning class at the local childrens center...and I am still confused!

Can someone please tell me what kind of water to give to my baby from 6 to 12 months old. What water to put in a beaker to have with meals? Evian? tap? do i have to boil both? do I have to boil all water given to baby after 6 months?

Nope, plain water straight out of the tap is fine Smile

From 6 months normal, unboiled tap water is fine. Makes life easier!

tap water is fine as a drink from 6 months. If you were using it to make formula then you still have to boil it as the water should be hot enough to kill bacteria in the formula powder. Bottled water isnt really recommended for babies as it contains sodium and other minerals so tap water will do fine.
