any idea why ds cant keep down jars or home made food but fine with powdered food u add water to?

My 8 month old eats anything and everything and hasnt turned his nose up to any foods yet, but he seems to be bringing jars or home made food back up soon after feeding any ideas why as he's fine with the dinners you 'just add water' to and doesnt bring any back. I've now stopped giving him, wet food(if that makes sense) but there is only about 5 meals in the powder range and thats pants. help needed! thank you!! x

try giving him proper stuff that hasn't been mushed up like cooked carrot and broccoli, stuff he can hold in his hand. At 8 months he needs to start learning to chew.
