Villas through Virgin

Has anyone booked Orlando/Disney etc through Virgin? The villa we're staying in will be through the company 'Homebeds Orlando', they have a website, but no contact details. The Virgin team who we booked through have been pretty piss poor at getting back to us with any queries and I have a few questions.

We've done it before. Have you had answers yet? I can try to help.

did you have pool heating as we haven't paid for ours yet ...booked through virgin ...there not much help by the way ..wondered if it was expensive >?

Wow, I'd forgotten about this thread. No, we didn't have pool heating. The time of year meant that it wasn't necessary. From (hazy) memory it wasn't very expensive if we did want it.

I've just remembered that we were required to go to the offices of the villa hire company (which was about 10 miles away) the day AFTER we arrived. We only found out when we got there, and we were furious because that was our first day in the parks and we had bookings for meals etc. I can't remember why but there was a lot of paperwork to go through. Do check before you go if this is still the case (it might have changed).

All was fine, we were over there this time last year. Pool was heated and someone just randomly came through the back gate every few days to clean it! Villa was dated but functional.
