Apologies for the really stupid question, I don't know much at all about gaming. Ds4 (aged nearly 12) has decided he really wants a Wii for his birthday after using the one at school. He really likes the bowling and other sports. I thought it would be good for my youngest too, who hates most forms of exercise. We used to have a Wii fit a long time ago so I thought we could get a cheap second hand one but the ones I have looked at are all really expensive.
We have an x box one and dh says we could just get some sports games for that but I don't really get how that would work as the controllers are completely different. Do you need extra stuff for the x box to be able to play sports games in it or do you play them with the controllers we have which doesn't sound very active and kind of misses the point I think.
