How can I find out my Epic Games log in details if I only have a note of the ID from the games in the switch? The Nintendo account is definitely linked to an Epic Games account.
I’ve tried a number of emails and passwords but none work and the Epic Games website doesn’t give the option to reset with the ID only. Help! I need to set parental controls on Fortnite and cash in a gift card into DS account.

I’ve now discovered that the Nintendo account is not fully linked to Epic Games and I need to upgrade it. However, because it doesn’t recognise my login into Epic Games I am unable to do this. Is there any way to disconnect the Nintendo account from Epic Games and start again without having to login to Epic Games?

Try signing in with the “Sign in with Nintendo” option. If that doesn’t work, contact Epic support with proof of ownership to recover your account.
