PS5 - best games

I have no experience of gaming so need recommendations for what to choose for
my female friend (39). She is obsessed with call of duty and has been into super Mario in the past. Loves driving/shooting games at the arcade. Also into women’s football but watching rather than playing. I have no idea where to start - help!

How about a PlayStation voucher then she can get a subscription or buy a game she likes.

I have a ps5 but I’ve very fussy about what I play so would prefer this, there aren’t many good PS5 games tbh!

If she likes Mario then she might like Astro Bot, which is a brilliant game that just won game of the year.

Seconding Astrobot - one of the best games I've ever played and very much deserved it's sweep at the awards this year.

Make sure she has a playstation with a disk drive though - not all of them do. If she doesn't then a PSN voucher would be better.
