Bypass parental controls on Nintendo Switch!

My 14 yr old son has managed to evade parental controls on his Switch and I’ve no idea how he has done it - any ideas? His console is linked to the Switch parental controls app on my phone. It’s been absolutely fine up until a few weeks ago.

Also looking for ideas on how to manage Switch time- given he can get around the parental controls - whilst I was away during half term (I was away with work with DH looking after kids), my son was on his Switch for 49 hours across the week. The week after was similar at 30 hours!

any tips/ advice for handling Switch time?

Ban him. If he can't follow the rules just take it away. My 12 year old did the same and after a 3 months ban has realised perhaps it's worth not being a twat.

How did your DH not notice your son playing more than a full time jobs worth of video games...tbh that's the bigger problem. I suppose it gave him an easy life while you were away.
