Hi can anyone please help me spec a budget gaming pc for a teenager. He doesn't play against others, if that makes a difference.

What is your definition of budget? Presumably he will need not just the PC but the monitor, mouse and keyboard as well?

That's why I was thinking about a laptop. Could he get one for £500? Or would it be too slow?
