I rushed the process of buying some v-bucks for my son on Fortnite thinking that if I put the money into an Epic game wallet, he could use it safely.
He plays on a switch and now we've learned that you can't use the wallet £ on the switch and you need to go through the Nintendo shop 🙄
I can't get a refund for the wallet money (very unhelpful support) so am at a loss at what I can do?
Does anyway use the Wallet £ on another platform - PS maybe ? He has friends who have a PS so I was thinking he could log in using his details and get his £ that way maybe ?
