I'm trying to contact Xbox Support but their website doesn't give you an actual phone number. I answered a series of questions to which I then received a message to say that my question can't be answered by phone support or live chat!!
My son received a Fortnite V Bucks voucher for his birthday, we redeemed the code through his Epic Games account and received a 25 digit Xbox code. However, when this code was entered into his Xbox we were told the code had already been redeemed!! Been in touch with Epic Games who want us to contact Xbox Support to see which gamer tag the code has been redeemed against - my son only has one gamer tag - but we have to check this with Xbox before going any further with Epic Games.
Why is it so hard?!!!! If anybody has any ideas I would appreciate it.
