Which ipad for 13 year old?

Hello,
I'm looking for some advice and help on which ipad would be great for a 13 year old for playing games?
There are so many out there and I'm not an apple user.

I don’t think 13 is a ‘little one’!

Honestly - physical size is a bit of a personal matter as to what's comfortable or not (I have a mini and it's perfect for what I use it for and flinging in my handbag to go) and it's much more the iPad storage that matters size wise - the base model fills up with installed apps and games very very rapidly.
