Does your child play Roblox Adopt Me on Xbox?

If so, please can you tell me how the player picks up their pet using the xbox controls?

DD has got a new xbox (the white one with white controller), we have never used consoles before and she has been playing adopt me for years on laptop and tablet, but wanted to spend some savings on an xbox bc her cousin has one "and it's better". So far she is just extremely frustrated at how difficult it seems to be to do everything that comes very easily with a keyboard and mouse!

So if your child plays this particular game on an xbox, please could you kindly find out which control they press for them to pick up their pets (nothing on Google when I search)?

You should be able to pick up pets by pressing X, and then moving the joystick until "Pick up" is selected.

With a controller you have a white “dot” in your line of sight. Point that on the pet. Then use right trigger button. A menu will appear where you can select ride, pick up and other options.
