PS4 and Minecraft skins

Is it possible to download skins for Minecraft to a PS4? From Skindex or similar. We can't fathom out how to do it

Console editions of Minecraft do not allow external skins to be uploaded. You'll need to use a skin from the marketplace, or a custom skin.
