DS is having log in issues to Roblox (which I think is an issue their end) I ended up resetting the password - but the reset email never arrived.
Contacted Roblox and they want a copy of the iTunes purchase receipt showing:
- Order ID
- The purchased product with amount and date
- Billing Name and Address
I’ve gone into my purchase history on my iPhone and iPad and got a receipt but it only shows order number, date and amount it doesn’t show my name and address.
Roblox are refusing to help without the full receipt and I can’t find it anywhere and they won’t tell me how to find it. Can anyone please help? I hate flipping Roblox 🤬
