Minecraft mod disappeared after update. Can anyone help?

Hi,

I am not at all up to speed on Minecraft but my DD9 plays it. We paid £4.99 for a mod I think it's called (basically an extra type of world she can choose from when she's making a world). Anyway, the game has updated and now the mod is still showing in her menu but has a padlock sign next to it and says she doesn't own it and is asking her to pay £4.99 for it.

Has this or anything similar happened to anyone else and if so can you tell me how to reverse the issue please?

Is there an option to 'restore purchases' somewhere?
