Nintendo Switch - Toddler Game Recommendations?

My 3 year old has, unfortunately, taken an interest in gaming - like his father!

So, as the title says, does anyone have any game recommendations for the Switch that are simple/easy that might be fun for a toddler? Maybe something they can play together?

We got one for Xmas for the family. My 4 year old manages paw patrol with some help and is surprisingly good at Mario cart.

My just about to turn 3 year old has great fun playing Mario kart. He more often than not comes last but has a great time doing so.
