We have installed roblox on dds iPad - I have set all the privacy settings so no one can contact her and a pin so only I can change the settings.

Am I right that unless you join the builders club or buy the special dollars then you can't make inapp purchases? I don't want any nasty sursprises!

Yes, you need to buy robux (sp?) to buy things

Yes, we occasional buy Robucks as a treat but they have to be deliberately purchased by card and not accessible by the children.

Is it relatively safe if you make the account private etc? It is the first time dd has used an app where you can connect with other people and it's making me nervous - she's only 6. I may just delete it as she seems to be getting bored of it already!

We have an 6,8 & 10 yo who play robloxs.

We have rules. No private chats. The computers are in a communal space (dining room) where they are watched.

They are not allowed to give their real name, age or location including name of their school. Tell us if anyone is bothering them.

We have explained that some people pretend to be children when they are really a mean adult.

No concerns so far, our kids tend to play the same games together. Building games and team games.

Just basic Internet safety.
