Safe gaming app, what do you think?

Hi folks
My child is, like any, rather fond of our ipad. What do you think of this app? I really like their idea of time limits and the fact my dd won't accidentally purchase a ton of in game stuff and the fact it can be their go to for all their games. Anyway, just sharing and wondering if you reckon it might be worth it.

In the iPad settings you can already and free of charge block any in-app/game purchase, installation of games .

Are you behind this crowdfunding? Don't you think kids aged 3 should stay away from iPad? Nothing for them to gain there.
