Xbox 1 advice

My daughter has a Xbox 360 and all though it's still in perfect working order she's wanting a Xbox 1 and I'm thinking of getting her one but got a question
Do I need to re buy all the games she has for Xbox 360 for the Xbox 1 or can she still play them

Most games won't work on an Xbox one.

They're working on making most 360 games compatible with the XB1, with the exception of those that have been released on both (for example, Rocksmith was released on both 360 and XB1, so they won't allow the 360 to play on the 360, as it will potentially cannibalise sales of the XB1 version).
