Please recommend software for Windows 7 PC and 2year old

Any advice greatfuly received we've done the cbeebies stuff on my new laptop. I'd like him to have my old computer and no internet access, so need to buy some decent software win7 / xp compatible.

We use Kiddesktop. DS can only access preset websites - and even preset pages of websites if we want, we can disable his ability to print anything (so we don't get 400 "certificates" and colouring pages) we can create You Tube playlists without him being able to access anything dodgy and it will automatically log him off after a pre-set amount of time. He loves it and it certainly makes things safer for him.
