Hi all. I know there is an actual vegan runners club but I’m just interested in runners who are vegan.
I have been happily pescatarian for about 5 years and am thinking of trying to adjust to a vegan diet.
I run marathons & ultra distances and I’d be really interested to hear anyone similar. What do use for snacks on training runs? Most races are actually well geared up so I’m not massively concerned about that. It’s the self sufficiency stuff I’m interested in.
