I've been vegan 7 years but I'm the only one in our household so always cook my evening meal just for myself.
Looking for recipes primarily for 1/2 people that are quick, easy and low calorie. Think 30 mins or less, 5 ingredients or less and 500-600 calories or less per meal.
There's quite a few dietary restrictions on top of being vegan.
I can't have gluten, onion or garlic and nothing that's spicy.
I know I'm after the Holy Grail of recipes but if anyone can help that would be great.
