A vegan cake ( or cookies?)

My son‘s girlfriend is a vegan. She is visiting us for the first time and I want to make an effort. Please share with me your tried and tested recipes for something nice to serve with a cup of tea.

In both i used soya milk, cider vinegar and vegetable oil

Just buy the marks and Spencer’s vegan cookies from the bakery, blue bag, with all the freshly baked ones. Large and amazing.

Ive made this too. Again I used soya milk, vegetable oil and cider vinegar. The only vegan sprinkles I could find were dr oetker unicorn confetti ones. The others had beeswax in them.

I used brown sugar in the vanilla cupcakes and sheet cake to give a less anaemic colour
