Green Cuisine Fishless Fish Fillets

I used to buy these often; they are really delicious and not just for vegans/vegetarians. They're really well reviewed. Suddenly, all the shops near me have stopped selling them, even though the manufacturer, Birdseye, tells me they are still producing them. Has anybody seen these lately where you shop? It's a great mystery!!

You can get fishless fingers in Sainsbury's, according to my app, but no fillets.

Ocado do the fish fingers.

Aldi do a fishless fillet but I haven't bought them so don't know what they're like. I bought a box of Birds Eye fishless fingers in Asda last week.

Thank you. Yes, they're quite nice and I've been getting those, but they're not as good at the Green Cuisine ones. The GC fish fillets have a different filling from the fillets unfortunately and they're not battered!

I have Vegetarian Butcher ‘Cod Almighty’ waiting to be cooked. No idea what they are like though.

I tried those, and maybe it's just me, but I thought they were awful! I only ate about half of one and then then threw rest away. Let me know what you think.

Apparently now Birdseye have stopped producing both the fillets and fingers. My local Tesco has stopped selling them. I'm vegetarian, but also autistic, and they were one of the few things I really liked, I'm thrown off now, and sad. Ocado sells them, but I only very occasionally get a delivery from them, but also probably not going to sell them for long, I'll have to try a different brand. They were so nice :(

Ocado have stopped selling the Vegetarian Butcher fillets. I now have to go to Sainsbury’s! Very annoying as I never go there.

Aldi have something similar. Not quite as good imo but a reasonable substitute.
